England - London and Bath

It turns out we have stumbled upon the Australian War Memorial. It is a very impressive display in the shape of a curved wall with the colour of the tiles forming the names of the many battles. It was not long after ANZAC Day so a lot of the wreaths were still there. This memorial honours the commitment of Australians who served alongside Britain and her allies in defence of freedom in World War 1 and World War 11. Water flows over the names to evoke memories of their service, suffering and sacrifice.
